GoAir is a low-cost airline based in Mumbai. The airline commenced its operations in November 2005 under the parent company Wadia, with Airbus A320. It has established its domestic operations in 21 cities with 102 daily and 710 weekly flights. Since 2007, it has been recording an average load factor of 86 percent. It offers domestic flight service to metropolitan cities and other major cities in the country. Since it is a low-budget airline, it does not offer complementary meals to its passengers during the flight, but it does have buy-on-board in-flight meal service that helps the commuter select meals from a wide variety of choices. This includes Café Coffee Day snacks, sandwiches, parathas, cookies, nuts, soft drinks, mineral water, and many other beverages. The onboard entertainment is minimal with just an official magazine Go-Getter available for this purpose. Go-Getter is the in-flight magazine provided to the passengers. This keeps the passengers from getting bored while flying with Go Air. The baggage allowance provided is 20 kg per person.
