TPS6300x shown in Figure 4 using the standard H-bridge buck power stage, and contains a single inductor connected to two kinds of buck and boost switching FET configurations. Modulator TPS6300x proprietary design, each only two of the switch FET, this control mechanism significantly reduces unnecessary switching losses, with the standard buck mode, four consecutive simultaneous switching FET type. TPS6300x buck or boost mode than conventional buck mode operation more efficient, further reducing the power loss. These products are available in a small 10-pin QFN (DRC) package. TPS6300x according to the need of the buck and boost modes by-pulse mode for a seamless transition, and thus be able to buck and boost range to provide a constant PWM switching between the two modes without generating superimposed or dead time .TPS6300x also includes other integrated features, easy to enhance the user experience in portable applications, such as the very low quiescent current (less than 50µA), user-selectable power saving mode at light load conditions to maintain efficient user-selectable power-saving ( PS) mode, and help to minimize system noise external synchronization. Average current mode control topology in buck and boost modes can provide fast transient response and low output ripple. The input and load range, the output voltage tolerance of ± 1%. Internally compensated for with 10 to 22µF output capacitor 2.2 ~ 4.7µH external inductor is optimized. The TPS6300x are available in three configurations to solve these problems. TPS63000 adjustable output range is 1.2 ~ 5.5V. TPS63001 and TPS63002 fixed output voltages of 3.3V and 5.0V. In this transition point, many buck control mechanisms will be reduced efficiency, power output jitter or unstable voltage.
