A confederate soldier supposedly haunts the third and sixth floors, and the ghosts of a nun and children that perished during a yellow fever epidemic in the city haunt the property as well. A little girl has been seen rolling her ball on the sixth floor and footsteps are often heard when there is no one in the hallway.
