CRM or customer relationship management is quick becoming the software that all businesses have to have in order to manage customers, track sales and learn of more demographics for successful marketing campaigns. Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides a lot of benefits to companies – and one of the main reasons is because it can be used in the cloud.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM has the capability to be used on a desktop or in the cloud – depending upon the version of Microsoft Office that a company is using. As more companies want to make all of their systems available to employees, even when they are away from the office, Office 360 is becoming more popular.

By using the Microsoft CRM program, it allows more people to have their CRM database at their fingertips no matter where they are. This means that people will be able to look up what their customers are buying or interested in from anywhere. When customers feel they are getting a personalized sales approach, they are that much more likely to purchase.

When companies use Microsoft Dynamics CRM, they are able to use it just as they use all of the other Office programs because they are similar in nature. Additionally, companies benefit because they are able to import files in between the different programs seamlessly. This reduces the amount of data entry involved as well as makes it easier to market to mailing lists. The CRM program will use Microsoft Outlook automatically to pull contacts and send emails.

The average person in sales is not in the office for a considerable amount of time throughout the week. This can lead to a variety of problems if the CRM is not in the cloud.
