Buying a vacation home is always an exciting adventure. It can be a rewarding one both personally and financially as long as one goes about it with a good understanding of how best to navigate the process of buying a second home. A few things one should consider when looking to purchase a second home is how often they wish to visit it and if they want to use it as a rental.
