After more than 3 years of development, Microsoft revealed on May 12, the new Office 2010, an upgraded and friendlier version of Microsoft Office 2007, with new features that were tailored to fit the employees needs. Microsoft made Web versions to be the most used applications in the office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. Quick Step feature allows the user to set up some rules and apply them to certain messages and also it has a predefined rule which allows the user to delete a message after replying to it. Microsoft Office 2010 is available in both 32-bit and 64-bit editions, but the two of them can't co-exist on the same device. These editions are compatible with Windows XP (SP3), Windows Vista and Windows 7.
