Animals are one of the most beautiful creations of god. There are various kinds and types of them and they are completely different from each other in almost every aspect. They portray the ultimate creativity of the almighty and also maintain the ecological balance in the environment. Be it the cute penguins in Antarctica, the hopping Kangaroos in Australia, Royal Tigers of Bengal or the exotic birds of Guyana, Animals and Birds speak of feelings and innocence. But in spite of all these and the fact that humans are well aware about all animals and their habits, they are not being taken care of. It can be a potential debateable topic whether animals are getting what they deserve from nature? Are they given their rights by the humans? This article highlights the matter of concern and stresses on how needful it is to take due care of all the animals and birds and consider them as gifted companions for humans. Taking a very small example, the approaching cases of extinctions cannot be ignored. Tigers are one of the most royal and admired creatures on earth, but things are not going their way. Their numbers have fallen drastically and if things do not change, soon their existence would be at stake. Humans are considered as the most advanced race on the planet and so they do have a very vital social role to play. Nature has given a lot, but none has bothered to take care of it. It has been really unfortunate that humans have forgotten their basic responsibilities towards animals and have ignored them to the extent possible. Animals are also an integral part of nature and therefore humans have to take a stand for their care and upliftment. Now talking of what all can be done and what all needs to be done, the Animal Rights Organizations are the first ones to step up and take the pledge. First things first; Awareness is of utmost importance. The masses have to be made aware of their individual responsibilities and have to be taught about the little-little they can make. Such knowledge would spread the word at the grass root level and bring about considerable change. Apart from these, Animal Rights are the next step for their upliftment i.e. there has to be proper adherence to the fact that as living beings, they hold certain valid rights and humans have to respect them equally without any illegal or unfair exploitation. Some basic animal rights say that they are free from any kind of human exploitation and are not bound to work for them. Animals well deserve to stay in their natural habitat such as forests, lakes, trees, etc and such areas should be well maintained by the humans. Forests should not be taken as granted space for the cutting down of trees and developing urban jungles in those areas regardless of whatsoever needs and many more. Such points have to be made clear to the humans and general masses so that none of these are violated. Not just this, but many animals die of suffering due to diseases, pain, hunger, etc. There has to be proper Animal Rescue organizations which take care of their living needs, drugs and medicines. This would ensure greater and better life for all the creatures. Cutting the long story short, it is essential for humans to realize that animals and birds do not have brains enough to make their own living and take care of themselves. They are comparatively weaker than humans and therefore needful of support, care and upliftment.
