Acne is the condition where the pores on the skin are clogged by bacteria causing infection. The reason for acne can be oily skin, hormonal activity, etc. during the adolescent years. To cover your acne prone skin with makeup, select makeup products that are devoid of any chemicals, especially sulphates. Aloe Vera based primers along with anti-oxidants provide relief to the skin. Concealer that is rich in caffeine from green tea and green coffee are ideal base for the makeup. Moisturisers containing natural oils protect the skin from pollution, smoke, smog, etc.
Help with acne
There are many remedies that help cure acne, but the most powerful ones are the natural remedies. Though they take a little longer to show their effect, but natural remedies attack the root cause of the acne - the bacterial growth in the pores of the skin. To get rid of acne, wash you face at least twice in a day with acne soap, add multi-vitamins and beta-carotene in your diet, chromium supplements and zinc rich diet help healing of the skin quickly. Most importantly avoid putting on a makeup and if there are pimples and black heads on the face, they are best left untouched and rupturing them will surely cause more infection and help spread acne. Wash your pillow regularly and make sure to keep your hair off your face.
