How to prepare for interviews?

Career
The interview for an internship or a job is the last phase of the recruitment process. This is an opportunity for the employer to take the final decision, so this is a key step of recruiting. If a recruiter summons you for an interview, is that your application is interested: you one step.

You now need to reassure him, i.e. convince him that he made the right choice!

Prove that there is consistency between the CV, motivation letter he received and what you are, with the necessary skills and qualifications for the post. Show you dynamic and constructive by defining your project, preparing answers to commonly asked questions to the candidates, your reflection on the structure in which you are applying and your positioning.

The interview is an essential step in the job search. It provides you the opportunity to prove to the employer that you are the ideal candidate and allows you to determine if the job and the employer for you.

At the interview, you must bring a copy of your resume, list of references and any other documents that demonstrate your skills - for example, a copy of an article or a book you published the photograph or the outline of a building you designed, the address of a Web site that you created and so on.

It is impossible to anticipate all issues that will be raised, but some are predictable. These are the questions relating to your experience and your training. You need for personality development as others focus on your personality and aim to determine how you react to stress or behavior within a team.

However, some questions are illegal. Generally, the employer has no right to discuss issues relating to your race, place of origin, your ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, marital and family status, a any disability or financial situation.

1. Here are some common questions when you can face during your interview.

2. Introduce yourself. / Tell me about you! / Why did you respond to our ad? / Why do you agree with this position?

3. Do you have any questions for me?

4. What do you know about our business? Our company?

5. Why did you leave your last job?

6. What position would you be interested in 3 years?

7. Do you not fear to bore you to this position?

8. What do you bring to our company?

9. What is your background?

10. What experience has the strongest personality?

11. What is your family situation?

12. Do you have children?

13. What are your hobbies?

14. What kind of difficulties did you struggling to manage?

15. What do you think of the hierarchy?

16. What did you like most and least in your last job?

17. Have you contacted other companies?

18. What is your current activity?

19. What have you been doing since your last job?

20. What is your biggest weakness? My biggest strength? / Give me three qualities and three defects of your personality.

21. What are you most proud of in your career?

22. If you are recruiting now, what is the first action that you put in place?

Here are some suggestions that may help you make a good impression:

Be polite and punctual. Inquire about the company. It is likely that the interviewer will ask you questions about the operation, history or objectives of the organization. It is therefore important to prepare yourself by browsing our website or reading its publications (press releases and annual reports).

Dress appropriately: Your appearance matters! Whatever the nature of the body, it is advisable to get dressed.

Ask questions: The questions you ask about the body allow you to learn and indicate that you want the job. But avoid any question relating to compensation.

Smile! The nonverbal language is as important as your answers, so it is important to smile and improve your soft skills and be enthusiastic.

Prepare your answers: Ask a friend to ask you questions, so you can better prepare for the interview.
