The application must be submitted before you leave home! Clay Perlman spent a fair bit of time on the Visas & Immigration website to make sure he understood all the rules and regulations. Travel Insurance. Clay Perlman always purchases a travel insurance policy, especially when he is going somewhere for an extended period of time. A good travel insurance policy gives peace of mind in case you lose something critical like your wallet or if you are going to be doing some daring adventures. Clay Perlman was planning on lots of outdoor activities in the outback and thought he better be insured just in case. When. Since the seasons are opposite the northern hemisphere, Clay Perlman wanted to make sure he wasn’t traveling during peak times. Australia’s winter months are their summer so all the kids are off from school and there is a ton of tourist activity everywhere you go. Since the weather is fairly mild, Clay Perlman decided to travel at a bit of an off-peak time to avoid the crowds.
