It takes a bit of hubris to describe a recipe as a Perfect, especially for recipe such as Cheese cakes. A praline shortbread crust is layered with a fluffy cheese cake filling and topped with sweetened sliced strawberries. For making this cake you need ½ cup granulated sugar, 3 cup strawberries sliced, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup butter melted, ½ cup packed brown sugar, 8 ounce cream cheese, 3 cup sweetened whipped cream or instead of this you can take frozen non-dairy whipped topping. Now for making this take a bowl combine flour, melted butter, brown sugar and finely chopped pecans. Mixed well and press into 3*9 inch pan. Bake at 400 degree Fahrenheit or 205 degree Celsius for 15 minutes and after that cool the mixture. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix them well. Fold in non dairy whipped topping. Spread over the pie crust leaving the edges slightly higher than center. Chill for 4 hours or more. Toss sliced strawberries with sugar. The cake is ready to serve and delicious mouthwatering cake is ready to melt in your mouth. For lemon cheese cake recipes you require base ingredients as 75gm melted butter, 50 gm sugar, 90gm finally chopped nuts, 100g digestive biscuits, broken into fine crumbs. For filling purpose you require 10ml vanilla extract, 50ml lemon juice, 4 eggs, 250gm sugar, 890g room temperature cream cheese, grated lemon rind of one half medium lemon. For lemon topping you need 5ml vanilla extract 50 gm sugar, 450 gm sour cream, and 2gram finely grated lemon rind. For making of base preheated oven at temperature 180 degree Celsius, in a container combine all the base ingredients press into the base of a 10 inch spring form pan. For filling purpose, beat the cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until it becomes smooth, add egg one at time until all combined, Add the lemon juice, lemon rind and vanilla and blend till just blended, do not over blend, bake in oven for 55 minutes, or until centre is almost set, remove from oven. While cooking prepare the topping. After topping is done Serve a slice of cheese cake and enjoy.
