Orthopedic screws and TIBIAL PLATEAU LEVELING OSTEOTOMY PLATES (TPLO PLATES) is an important tool used in orthopedic surgery. This tool is used from very 19th century. The surgery can be performed in very efficient manner with this equipment. SCREWS are the equipment frequently in many fields and also in day to day activities. It is used to anchor in softer medullar bone. Cannulated screws have hallowed shaft. Compared to conventional screws these screws have diminished pullout strength. They also have specially designed head to cover maximum bones and have head holes angles away from the particular surface and osteotomy for best locking screw placement.
