The icing usually includes- frosting, butter cream, fondant, fudge and glace icing. Decorating the cakes with sugar curls and shapes give it an extra special trust. Some extras can also be added onto the cakes through fillings. Chocolate chips are widely used in decorating these cakes and to enhance the taste of these cakes. Truffle fillings are a bit different from normal fillings. Here, double cream and brandy is stuffed inside the cake to make it a tasty affair. Chocolate cup cakes are loved by people of all age. The small size of these cakes makes it a hit among the kids. The kids tend to get messy with these cakes. The moment they break open the cake, chocolate pours from the inside and kids really love that sight of chocolate; so they dig in and get dirty. Chocolate cupcakes can be wonderful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries or any other occasions. These cakes take little time to cook and hence extra effort can be given on its decoration.
