The most common of them all would be trekking. There are amazing spots to trek around Nepal and if you are interested in them you should plan a trek! Have you been to Mustang? Mustang trekking is one spot everyone loves. It is the most amazing feeling in the world to be frank. There are not many places in the world that can boast of the view that Mustang gives you. It is lovely during the day and superb during the night. How to trek when you are in Nepal The road to the top till the mountain base is quite easy as it is accessible via road. But after that you would have to use the side walking roads made by the villagers over the years. This is perfectly safe and can be used without any apprehension. Few safety tips to keep in mind when you are trekking 1. Always tie a harness to your body: Mustang trekking is no joke and you need to understand that before anything else. You need to ensure that at all points of time you have a harness tied to your body. This is a must when you are travelling by yourself or even if you are travelling in a group. If you are travelling in a group it will always mean you can locate your way back to the group. There would be lots of ways to tie the rope to your body but the best way is over your leg so you do not fall and hurt yourself. Similarly when you are climbing the mountain, you must have a harness to help you climb or come down in a steady fashion. 2. Always wear a helmet: Holiday in Nepal may sound fun but it is no joke. No matter who you are or how many peaks you have climbed you need to always wear a helmet that is firmly fastened. It would save your life if you are having a fall and there are good chances of that happening if you are not safe. 3. Check knots: The rope you have to climb up the mountain must be firmly knotted, this would help you climb up and also give you better grip as you climb up or down.
