For food, like everything else besides, changing our habits is not easy. However, we need to try before giving up. Research has been conducted and indicate that two weeks are required to integrate a new habit in our daily lives. This is true both for a habit in connection with our health, with the way we have our waste or for language habits. Let us therefore two weeks to switch to " low sodium." The first step is simple since it involves going to a grocery store " low sodium." Only skill required: to read the labels. But watch out for sharks marketers who are watching and want to make you their next prey. It is not enough that a product is actually announced "low sodium" to be. Should be checked more carefully before reading the nutrition facts label. For an adult, the daily sodium intake should be between 1500 mg and 2300 mg. This includes all the sodium you eat. Not easy to calculate this. Look at how to go about not going crazy!
