Water is something that we in the West are lucky enough to be able to take for granted. Few of us have ever had to deal with water shortages or rationing, or having running water regularly unavailable. But such a precious thing should not be taken for granted. Since we are so blessed with this precious commodity then we should really be asking ourselves: are we getting as much as we can out of our water? Sadly, the answer for many of us would be no. But it doesn’t have to be. There are easy ways to get the most out of your drinking water. Most people are aware that our cells need oxygen in order to function – in order to live! But very few people know that most of our oxygen supply comes from the water we drink, not the air we breathe. Fewer people still are aware that sulfur is an element essential to the transporting of oxygen to our body’s cells. However, modern farming practices are robbing the soil of the sulfur our bodies need. The best way to remedy this is by using organic sulfur crystals. Dissolving organic sulfur crystals in your water will increase your intake of sulfur and thus increase the oxygen that is transported to the body’s cells. Another way to get the most from your water is by getting an ionizer machine. Though the words “ionization” or “electrolysis” are likely to stir up unpleasant memories from high school chemistry, the process is actually quite a simple one. To put it in basic terms, the body is subject to many toxins, from stress, from poor diet, or simply from the natural aging process. Having an ionizer machine and ionizing your water makes the water able to serve as an antioxidant that will boost your immunity and help prevent these toxins from causing damage to your body’s cells. There are a lot of things that can be done to optimize the effectiveness of your water, which is something that most people likely never really consider. Even if organic sulfur crystals and ionizer machines are not readily available to you, having simple countertop water filter will help make your water cleaner and healthier. Water is a precious commodity and in far too much of the world a scarcity. We who are blessed with such easy and regular access should not let it go to waste in any way.
