Don't be so quick to judge! Right now you maybe sitting at work enjoying your day. Probably have a couple of emails and maybe some voicemails to answer. Perhaps a birthday party for a co-worker that you don't really know, but you are forced to sing happy birthday in a very low monotone voice. Then off to the happy hour at the end of the day that you have to attend just to show "face." You want to go home, relax, and enjoy time with your family, but your devotion to your "well paying" job is keeping you from it. If only there was a way out. If there was something that you could do part-time that would bring in enough money to release you from Corporate America, you would jump all over it. While you are at the happy hour with the high-toned suits from the corporate office, you lean over and introduce yourself to a stranger. You exchange pleasantries, and he lets you know that he owns his own network marketing business. What do you do? You laugh inside. After all, according you, "that's just one of those things." But what you don't know is that in the 2 hours that he sits at the bar with you and your co-workers, his network marketing business generates more income than what you would earn in a week. You see him later that evening, and he is ripping it up and having a good time. You? You are still mixing and mingling with the corporate executives trying not to embarrass yourself. So much for "one of those things right?" And guess what? You're going to go home, go to bed, and wake up and do it all over again tomorrow. Except there won't be a happy hour this time. He, of course, will be at the bar making more money than you ever would have imagined. This time, he decided to take an unplanned trip to Costa Rica! Network marketing is not "one of those things." It is the safest and most respected way to help normal people achieve wealth on a part-time basis. Yes, it takes a little work. Yes, you will not earn a lot of money early on. But think about where you are and where you have come from. You went to college for 4 years, made no money, and landed a job that keeps you from enjoying yourself. That's no different than starting a network marketing business. You will work for 2 to 3 years and may not make a lot of money, but afterwards you will enjoy the rest of your life. Not start another job. So the person that's doing network marketing, or "one of those things," is really better off than you. Brandon Barclow is a professional network marketer.
