The Eccentric Family (Comedy, Modern Japanese Fantasy) Plot: In Kyoto, humans, tengu and tanuki, reside together quietly. Shimogamo family resides in Shimogamo Jinja's Tadasu no Mori. Soichiro, the father, was the former head of Tanuki society. Then one day, he becomes a tanuki stew, without anybody knowing the real incident. He left four sons behind: Yaichiro (eldest son) had a hard time pulling through the pinch. Yajiro (second boy) transforms himself right into a frog and lives in a deep well. Yasaburo (third boy) got a rich strain of his great father's "idiot blood" and ultimately, Yashiro, the shy youngest boy who shows his tail inside the drop of a hat. They live contentedly together with their mother. After fostering Professor Akadama, a retired Tengu, manipulated by a beautiful girl with divine forces named Benten, and fighting against their rivals, the Ebisugawa family, the Shimogamo family finds themselves the need to fight and fix everything. 2. Silver Spoon (Comedy) Plot: Yugo Hachiken chose to flee a challenging life at home and school (Sapporo) by enrolling at another school: Oezo Agricultural High School. As opposed to his peers who would like to begin a farming career, he only wants to study there as he thinks that it's less competitive academically. Still a new comer to his environment, he tries his best to alter in the farming world. But he never thought that living there isn't as simple as what he'd imagined before.
