Find out how to make khatta himachali kaddu at home and surprise your family and friends: Cooking Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Serves: 3 to 4 Persons Ingredients 3 Cloves 500 gm Pumpkin 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 1 Green Cardamom 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds 1 tsp Coriander Seeds 2 Whole Red Chilies 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves 1 tsp garam masala 4 to 5 Black Peppercorns ½ tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp Mustard Oil Salt to taste Preparation Method: Peel off the skin from pumpkin and cut into cubes Make a mix of whole spices and pound in mortar and pestle Now, take a wok and heat mustard oil in a wok. When the oil is warm, add above pounded spices Add turmeric, salt and cook for a few seconds.
