Ingredients Chicken 400 gms Rice ½ kg Onions 3 (large sliced in round) Green chilies 4 (chopped) Whole cumin 1 tbsp Tomatoes 4 (medium chopped) Ginger 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Whole spices powder 1 tsp Red chili flakes 1 tsp Yellow food color a pinch Fresh coriander 1 tsp Oil ½ cup Soya sauce 1 tbsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Salt to taste Eggs 2 Method of Cooking:- Boil chicken with a pinch of salt and shredded in to small pieces. Boil Rice with adequate amount of salt till fully done. Heat oil in a wok, add onions and cook till colourless. Add tomatoes, green chillies and ginger cook for 5 minutes. Add all spice powder, whole cumin, red chilli flakes, soya sauce, black pepper and salt. Add shredded chicken, cook for a minute. Add boiled rice and mix well and turn off the flame. In a bowl mix eggs with yellow colour, fresh coriander and salt to taste. Fry eggs and then cut into strips.
