Conducted in between the time period of December and January, the festival has already become a hit. The medicine types such as Siddha and Ayurveda pull many foreign and domestic tourists. This has even led to the government preparing for a grading system for the medical institutes in the state, so that the tourists can easily select one in case of medical emergencies. Expansion of the Tourism Industry in Kerala The expansion of the tourism aspects is the result of proper advertisements and events.
