Ingredients: Spring roll wrappers/Sheets – 10 Thinly sliced onions- 2 Thinly slice Spring onions- 2 (medium sized) Finely chopped Capsicum- 1 Chopped carrots- 2 (medium sized) Finely shredded cabbage- 1/2 (small sized) Finely chopped green Spring onion stalks- 2 stalks Soya Sauce- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil- 2 tablespoon (for deep frying) White pepper powder- 1/4 teaspoon Bean sprouts- 3/4 cup Salt- As per your taste Corn flour- 1 tablespoon Steps to follow: In order to prepare stuffing, heat vegetable oil in a no-stick pan. Add onion, spring onion, capsicum, carrots, cabbage and salt. Toss the vegetables to mix them properly. Mix pepper powder and soya sauce together. Now, mix bean sprouts and spring onion greens into the same pan. Cook till the vegetables get soften. Take the pan off the burner and keep aside to cool. Heat oil in a pan again and mix corn flour with 2 tablespoon of water. Take spring roll wrappers and spread it to fill the stuffing. Divide the stuffing in 10 different portions. Place each portion on every spring roll sheet. Fold the edges to make a tight roll. Apply corn flour paste lock the edges of folded spring rolls. Keep the rolls under a moist cloth for about 5 minutes. Slowly slide the rolls into the hot oil. Deep fry them till they get golden. Remove them from heat and drain on absorbent paper.
