All the lovers of the world would agree in unison that the bite of a tasty cake is enough for them to rejoice and remember any anniversary. The list of anniversaries is long. Such is the value of a cake. Whenever we visit a birthday party, our lusty eyes rests on the cake first. You have to think that atleast somebody has ordered the cake and presented it before us. The element of surprise associated with a gift is doubly enhanced because the gift is a cake. A delicious forest cake or a rainbow cake not only waters our mouth, but also gives the receiver a chance to feed his or her eyes. Chocolate cakes are a huge craze among the kids. This is because of the taste as well as the appearance of the cake. Many a times it is found that, our birthday celebration has been detained for the time being because of the delay in the deliverance of the ordered cake. It is your birthday, but you are sad because nobody has wished you yet. Suddenly you hear a doo bell. Slowly you approach towards the door and upon opening the door; you find that a delivery boy is standing with a large box on his hands. He wishes you and informs you that somebody has sent this cake for you. Now can you imagine or measure the intensity of happiness that you derive. No. Such surprises cannot be measured. This element of surprise is enhanced because the giver has sent you the most indispensable gift for a birthday – THE CAKE. Here cake assumes the role of a hero. It acts as a central figure. In Western culture, people present cake as a gift very commonly. It is very much in their culture. Slowly and surely, it has travelled here also. This noble way of making somebody happy should not perish away. Life is full of sorrows and sufferings. If a piece of cake can make a person happy, let it be the best cake ever made. After all, the happiness of our near and dear ones matter much. Enjoyment should not be limited to the extent of just having a blast. A sweet, little cake can also act as a medium to forget all the hostilities that ever existed between the givers and the receivers. People live in the world of hope. They expect that they should be bestowed by love and affection. So in this festive season, whom are you going to make happy? Just approach with a cake, all smiles will return.
