Parmesan, Basil and Lemon Wafers 1 cup shredded Parmesan
2 Tbs shredded basil leaves
½ Tbs grated lemon zest
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer a heaping tablespoon of Parmesan mixture onto a silicone or parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly pat down. Repeat with remaining cheese mixture, spacing spoonful about ½ inches apart. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and crisp. Cool and use a flat spatula to transfer these delicious cheese snacks to a plate. For a fun way to present your cheese snacks or quick easy appetizers, serve some dip – like spinach, artichoke, and Parmesan, or the above mentioned goat cheese and caramelized onion dip in a shot glass.
