Siblings that grow up in the same house can develop similar personality characteristics, mannerisms, and even tastes, but will often become extremely different people. For siblings Mike and Laura, the similarities are few and far between. Although the two possess distinct physical similarities, such as their short stature, their personalities are polar opposites. Mike has always been a social butterfly and remains involved with many community organizations. Mike and Laura both grew up and went to reputable colleges. Mike found it easy to get good grades scores with minimal effort. Meanwhile, Laura earned her marks through hard work. Upon graduation, Mike still had no idea what he wanted to do, but Laura immediately began a career in journalism. Laura spent the next ten years working hard, networking, and waiting for better opportunities to come her way. She wasn't making a lot of money, but her work was always exceptional. Throughout college Mike had loved all of the social interactions and did well in what came naturally to him. After floundering for a short time, Mike went back to school and earned his MBA. Still, he was unsure what he wanted to do. He took a job in business consulting.
