When Vijay Mishra married Savita in December 2009, it was joy in the family and love was in the air. They spent their New Year eve and honeymoon in the beautiful mountains of Himachal Pradesh. They both of course accepted that this trip was the most beautiful thing that ever happened to them.Being employed in State Govt. job Vijay could manage long leaves but had to take transfer in almost every three years. Soon under the pressure of the family members they opted for a child. This is when Vijay and Savita decided that in his next transfer who was due in February 2011, he would migrate alone to the job posting site and make Savita move back to his parental house where his entire family including mother, father, and brother were residing in Sikar so that she will be taken care of during her pregnancy. As expected Vijay was asked to report at Jaisalmer substation in the first week of February that is when he brought her wife Savita back to his parental house and bid the entire family good bye. This is when the entire marriage life of both Vijay and Savita started changing. This is when Ramesh, a childhood friend of Vijay started getting along with Savita well. It was natural because he used to drive her to the clinic when nobody was home and Savita needed to visit the gynecologist etc. Those times when she felt like sharing with her husband the changes that she was experiencing, the mood swings that she was undergoing with her husband he was perhaps busy making money to support his family and planning finances for the kid who he was desperately waiting for. This was the right time for Ramesh to take advantage and play sentimental games with Savita who was innocent being born and brought up in a small village near Sikar. She started accepting him as a special friend and later even did not mind when he used to touch her on occasions or hold her hands or even hugged her when he got the occasion. The relation continued for 7 years till her husband finally noticed them in their own bedroom when he entered his own house to surprise his wife with the news of his promotion. They were lying in a very objectionable situation that even a blind person could notice. It was a shocking moment for all the three present in the room. This is when the marriage was in a position to break into pieces. After talking to their advocates for divorce on mutual consent they met for the last time to complete paperwork when Savita told him the entire story.
