Govt. agriculture department promote to use new agriculture technologies so rice production may be increase 30 to 40 percent. Financial help to Indian Rice manufacturers and other farmers For increasing rice crop production and making self employment, govt of India providing skill developing training to farmers of India. There is number of institutes have opend in Hissar in 1963, Budni (M.P) 1955, Galatians, District Anantpur in 1983 to trained farmers about new agriculture technologies. Govt provide free training in these institutes. The stipend amount Rs 1200 is given for boarding expenses for a month and travel expenditure within limited kilometers distance. These institutes learn about proper and effective utilization of agriculture machineries. SAU, agricultural Engineering College, Polytechnics, ICAR institutions offer financial help of Rs 5200/- to per farmer of per month training and travel expenses by ordinary mode of transport upto maximum Rs 300 /-. and for boarding and lodging Rs 1200/-. Market for Indian Rice manufacturers Indian government known well position of Indian farmer though it itself purchase the rice from farmer on best prices. The government deliver this stocks throughout India and further distributed it under public distributed systems. FCI command all this distributing process, rice is delivered to all depot holders for supplying to ration card holders. So government provide best market for rice manufacturers by purchasing itself. A huge difference is there between sale price and purchase price, are reimbursed by FCI with subsidy systems. This government provide on rice nearby $10 million. However, Food corporation of India is not only a decision maker regarding subsidy. It is a government department who just implements an order forwarded from Ministry of Food and Ministry of Agriculture.
