Having premiered on August 11th, 2012 this action, crime fiction, political procedural and drama show, Arjun which currently runs on Star Plus has already completed over 112 episodes. Known to have enthralled its fans, the show has intriguing episodes which resolve some of the toughest of cases. The show airs every Saturday and Sunday at 8 PM. The show has been written by Anshul Vijayvargiya, Debashish Singh, Irengbam and Ritesh Shah. Having been directed by Gorky and produced by Nissar Pervez and Gul Khan under the production company, 4 Lions Films. Having been shot in Goa, Mumbai, Delhi and Jaipur this crime fiction show is about the dark past which haunts the rebellious cop, Arjun and the brutal killing of his wife Roshini and the personal lives of Sakshi, Liza, Sameer, Aayesha, Roiya, Shree and Chhotu. Arjun who recently had been transferred to the ETF (Emergency Task Force) is involved in solving some of the cases related to high profile individuals. He solves the cases along with the ETF team comprising of Chhotu, Shree and Riya; with each one being an expert in their own field of research and technology. Dealing with jaw-dropping relations related to white collar crimes, the Arjun TV serial deals with real life crimes such as organ trade, human trafficking, honor killing, superstition, etc. An extremely realistic show with high voltage action serial, Arjun is seen as a practical man Starring Shaleen Malhotra in lead as ACP (Arjun Suryakant Raute), some of the other cast members include Behzaad Khan as ACP Sameer Damsingh Rathore, Sheetal Shah as Aisha Kapoor, Ketan Karande as Chandrakant "Chhotu" Patil, Siddharth Sen as Shreekant "Shree" Sen, Ritu Chauhan as Lisa D'Cruz, Mrunal Thakur as Sakshi Anand and Sana Khan as Riya Mukherjee. Arjun is seen as a loner having a grim, taciturn and dour soul. Having blinding insights, he is known to almost always be right when it comes to solving different crime cases. Recently, Arjun solves a murder mystery in the latest episode. A lady who believes in premonitions, Aruna Shah; a young lady is known to firmly believe her gut feelings. Having informed Arjun that an underworld don will be murdered leading to a gang war Arjun takes up the case seriously. At the same time, an underworld don, Rajesh is killed. When she goes to inform the ETF, no one really believes her. However, the very next day the actual incident does take place in the exact same fashion that the woman had narrated it. Shocking the ETF, she continues to inform the ETF of various other dreams that she has; which shockingly and surprising come true. This leaves many people killed and the ETF leading to believe in her dreams. The mystery behind her dream leaves the ETF puzzled and curious to know how she can have such accurate dreams and yet remain disconnected to the actual crime. One of the next incidents that she tells Arjun about is that a political leader, Dhyanchand will be shot thrice. This does occur soon after. Arjun does manage to find a book in Arvind’s house where he finds very similar incidents in the book. However, he also does find out that Aruna has been reading the same book. Following his premonition, Arjun arrests the author of this book who is Vikram Shashtri who was planning to murder a police officer.
