Following the reorganization of AHI, the company expects to finalize an agreement with MediStar Bloomington, MN. – AHI (Advanced Health Institute, Inc.), a wholly owned US based subsidiary of Singapore’s IAHG (International Advanced Healing Group), is pleased to announce that it expects to finalize a marketing agreement with MediStar, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of GREEN (Global Resources for Environmental Energy Needs), in the near future. Several years ago, GREEN’s executive team recognized the tremendous potential of AHI’s revolutionary wound care range of products. Confidence in the product prompted MediStar’s CEO, Werner Remmen, to utilize Advanced Health Institute’s TRUHEAL Program during his recovery from a double knee replacement surgery. Because of the efficacy of the TRUHeal Program, Mr. Remmen astounded his doctors with a rapid and complete recovery. “We were thrilled to hear of the results Mr. Remmen saw with the use of our TRUHEAL Program,” said Peter Schilling of International Advanced Healing Group, “Mr. Remmen’s experience with our products embodies the very reasons our company exists.” MediStar had entered into an agreement with Advanced Health Institute’s predecessor company, which was not finalized as all of the conditions precedent to the deal were not met. The agreement granted MediStar exclusive marketing rights of the TRUHEAL program in the United States of America for the Veteran’s Administration and Indian Health Services markets.
