How it works JTM will take the lead in every aspect of the recruitment process through to the final interview with your company. Upon agreeing to take on an apprentice, JTM will advertise your vacancy free of charge on the National Apprenticeship Service and Job centre Plus websites and via our own social media; all applications are made to us meaning that you will not be contacted directly by candidates. Applicants for your vacancy will initially be screened by JTM for suitability and their CVs forwarded on for your consideration. You will then decide on which candidates you wish to interview, for which we can make all of the arrangements. You are under no obligation to interview the candidates that we send to you if you feel that they do not meet your criteria. Once you have interviewed a candidate that you would to start as an apprentice with your company, simply confirm the date with us and we will then start them on their program.
