About the K3 Visa

About CR1 Visa

• CR1 Visa is an immigrant visa, which means you will receive the permanent residency when you are issue CR1 visa, and receive the Green Card upon arrival in the U.S.
• CR1 Visa takes about a month longer than the K1 Visa, but this is due to issuing of Green Card, which requires further verifications.
• You don’t need to apply for a separate work permit. If you are on a CR1 Visa, you are eligible to work in the U.S.
