Facilitators can play a part in reducing member dissatisfaction with member workload by encouraging discussions of workload at the beginning of projects in which work outside the group session is an issue. Dissatisfaction with workload is an important issue in collaborative groups. Group Discussion. Outputs or outcomes have traditionally been measured using three criteria: task performance, member satisfaction with group process, and individual member growth and well-being. You will note in that "satisfaction" has been included with "growth" and "well-being" on the third factor. I explain reasons for this in the section below. Once the audience member has asked all the questions, they 'Leave the Queue' and the next person in the Queue can proceed to ask a question. To attend the meeting on Chat Gallery: From Same time Connect client a Converse Tools a Chat Gallery a Attend meeting. Enter same time loin credentials. Select the Chat Room and enter the password to join the Room. To ask the query, 'Join the Queue'. Type your query in 'Ask a question' and wait for your turn. Until the previous attendees do not leave the queue; the next attendee’s questions will not appear in 'Ongoing Discussion' section. Unlike Chat Gallery, where both the attendees and panel members need to be present during the discussion, in Chat Forum, this is not mandatory.is an 'ongoing' open topic-based chat discussion forum with asynchronous chat communication. Based on their availability, the Panel members can login to the Forum and respond to the queries posted by attendees. Attendees check the responses next time they access the forum. Each question asked by Attendees is tagged to a numeric counter. The Panel members use this number to answer the corresponding question. Attendees give suggestions comments remarks in the forum by clicking on 'Comment' button
