Ladies, we all know that bras are hard to find. But the truth is, briefs are just as difficult; if you’re looking for good briefs, know what you’re looking for, and know what not to buy. 1. Don’t lie to yourself about your size. I you’re a 12, don’t buy a 10, because you’re going to regret it when the seams dig in, or when the belt (waistband) gives you another fold in your tummy. It’s uncomfortable and unattractive! You are beautiful in whatever size you are, so know what underwear size you need and shop accordingly. If you’re having a hard time fitting, try seam-free. Because they don’t have seams restricting them and they use very stretchy fabrics, one pair will fit a very wide side range, and they will rarely disappoint you in fitting matters. Try seam free, trust me! 2. Know what the right cut is for you. What kind of briefs best match your body type and the way that your body fat is distributed? Are you more comfortable in a bikini, a full brief, a high cut, or a boy leg? Buy different pairs and see which serve you best throughout your days, and when you find the right cut or two (sometimes different cuts go well with different outfits), stick to those for the most part. 3. Know what fabric you prefer. Are you going for the microfiber elastane/nylon, which is soft to the touch and stretched beautifully, or for the cotton rich, which is great for breathability, or do you have a different favourite? 4. Know what you’re going to wear them to. Some briefs are great for work days, some are great for dressed, some are great for exercising. 5. Know that they are high quality and will last a long time. There is no point in putting time into finding a good pair of briefs (which is entirely worth it) and then having them wear out after five or six washes.
