Pain & Gain actor Anthony Mackie, 35 has been arraigned on two misdemeanor counts of drunken driving in New York City. The actor was arrested in Harlem and was released after appearing in Manhattan Criminal Court on 9th November. The 35 year old actor Anthony Mackie was arrested for allegedly driving drunk early at 1.30 a.m. on 9th November in New York City after he was pulled over for his tinted windows. But, soon the officer noticed Mackie’s eyes were bloodshot and claimed that there was the smell of alcohol coming from the “Gangster Squad” actor’s breath. DUI Lawyer Manhattan Paul D.
