You are juggling a household and a family, and perhaps even a job. That’s a lot of balancing to do. But it’s absolutely necessary to nurture yourself as much as possible. Things to be mindful of when providing your body with what it needs: 1. Eat whole foods derived from nature as much as possible 2. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day 3. Get as much sleep as possible, aiming for 7-8 hours (this may mean DVRing your shows) 4. Exercise at least 4-5 days per week varying your routines 5. Make small changes that will end up being very big results given enough time When you absolutely make up your mind that you want your belly back the way it was before becoming a Mom and you are mindful of what you do for your body, you will be on your way to getting results.
