Mobile apps are the new way of saying software packages back in the 1990s. When personal comptuers first started to become mainstream everyone needed to go and buy a CD-ROM or a floppy disk that carried some type of software on it, so that they could run programs and make their personal computer actually functional. Well in today's constantly changing technology environment software as a term and a concept has pretty much become outdated. What is now being used is "app", which is of course short for application. To be more specific, app is genearlly referred to as software that is run across mobile devices, be it your iPhone, iPad, android phone or tablet, etc. Computers no run apps instead of software, as the new Mac oeprating system integrates an "App Store" where users can browse and instantly download and install new software, some of which is even free. As part of the growing trend towards apps and applications, business owners have to adapt. Now I'm actually not referring to business owners creating applications for their own businesses, I'm actually referring to business owners using them. Although it is also extremely important in today's world that business owners create and have their own application for specifically their business, there is actually more benefits to the business owner that the app world offers that they may not even realize. What I am actually referring to is the huge amount of apps that are availabel on mobile and laptop platforms that can actually help a business owner with various day to day operations. There are actually apps that can help business owners with every different aspect of pretty much every business out there, so its important that business owners take advantage. One of the businesses that can really take advantage of this huge offering of mobile apps is real estate agents and investors. As people in real estate you must constantly be on the go, using your mobile device as probably your main computer for significant portions of the day. Having your apps that will make things work together easily, the ability to send, upload, and recevie documents on the go, collect electronic signatures, accept payments on the go, and more are all crucial to this business.
