Introduction A central heating system as the name suggests is installed in the center of the home to make the interior of the whole building warm. A central heating is a system that heats air or water at the central point of the building. Combination boiler systems do not need a hot water storage tank and heats the water according to your need. There is no tank overflow as it uses the main water pressure. These systems are used in limited space and hot water requirements buildings. Before the combination boiler systems and the High Pressure Systems became popular, a gravity fed central heating system was seen mostly in UK houses. In a few old house hold still use gravity fed central heating systems, as upgrading with a new heating system is more cost effective. As the flow depends on the gravity, the pressure of hot and cold water may be very poor. Also it requires an extra cold water storage tank which often gets frost damage and cause water leakage.
