For optimal results, aim for half your body weight in ounces per day. Yes, that is a lot, but it is exactly what your body needs. Doing this will reduce cravings, provide you with energy, and most importantly, flush toxins out of your system. Providing your body and skin with exactly what it needs will help tone your inner thighs more quickly and more effectively.
