Be mindful of reading labels and looking for sugar amounts. Sugar can seriously damage your results and unfortunately, our food supply is packed with sugar. 4. Foods to add include anything that is fresh, has lots of color, and was created by nature. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains are what your body needs to look and feel fabulous. But to take this transformation to the next level, your body will benefit when you provide it with exactly what it needs to be fresh, balanced, and healthy. When you heal and repair your body on the inside, you will reap the benefits on the outside. Your body is always trying to keep up with the demand of what you put into it. It is your job to help it.
