IMMENSE, INTENSE, FRUSTRATION. Check it out: Story #1: I AM SO FRUSTRATED! (caps mine) I eat so healthy and I still have a small layer of belly fat around my waist! I don't know what to do! I try to exercise as much as possible, although I don't have very much time, but it just won't go away. I mean, I never eat any refined sugars, I only eat whole grains for my carbs, lots of dark green vegetables, and a ton of fruit. I drink tons of water too. What should I do? Story #2: I workout 5 days a week and have participated in SIX 5K's so far this year... I eat way under my allotted calories however, I still can't lose weight! I have actually gone up a size in jean because my quads have gotten larger... Story #3: I'm having the same issue? Were you able to turn it around? I've been exercising 30 minutes a day since 1/1/12. Only eat about 1000 calories a day. Haven't had any fast food... nothing fried since 1/1/12. No pop since 1/1/12. Drink 8 glasses of water per day. The weight should be falling off, shouldn't it? I wanted to drop 30 pounds and have only managed 9!!! I'M GETTING FRUSTRATED (caps mine). I feel like I would weigh the same if I still had all my bad habits. I never exercised before this year and now I do it every day. I'm waiting for something to just click and it doesn't. GRRrrrr. Well, It Seems That We Are Not Going to Lose Our Muffin Top by Eating Less BUT... How about EATING MORE? Story #4: I'm eating more and exercising less, almost a perfect split with carbs protein and fats... All of a sudden I'm stuck. I'm thinking it's because I don't want to have to go shopping, like losing one more pound I won't have any more choice but to go shopping. UGH... I'm staying off the scales this week, eating my 1200, exercising my 400, eating half... and by Saturday morning, this will all be behind me... maybe it will twist to the back then I won't see it... there's a thought. MAYBE "WHAT" WILL TWIST TO THE BACK? THE MUFFIN TOP, OF COURSE. Story #5: Just read this and felt compelled to reply as I have EXACTLY the same problem. I exercise pretty hard (running every day and burning between 300-500 calories) and also do some weights exercises 2-3 times a week. I stick to 1200 net calories a day (so if I burn off 300 calories my total calories for the day would be 1500), and I HAVE ACTUALLY GAINED 2 LBS. (caps mine) in the last weeks. Now That Statement and All of the Above and as you might imagine 'thousands' of others, add up to IMMENSE, INTENSE, FRUSTRATION Well boys and girls, if you're a Muffin Top Mystery follower, you may just be starting to get a glimpse of where this is going and what we are trying to do. Eating less does not get rid of a muffin top. It is not the answer because our bodies need the correct amount of calories daily to stay out of the 'store fat' starvation mode. We've been looking at serious people, monitoring carefully the amount of food they eat and the kinds of foods they eat. My guess is if you're like me you're one of these people. C'mon, admit it. We've all tried something similar. These stories could be ours. For more of the Muffin Top Mystery, GO HERE NOW! . For the Whole Story get THE NEW YOU our free report.
