Leadership is what we strive for. Being a leader in are own lives. Being a leader towards are desires and reaching fulfillment in life. Everyday should be sought out for grow towards yourself to become something greater. To become a leader you must first understand what it takes to become one. The first thing you must acquire before becoming a great leader that will not crumble, is to learn how to follow. You must first know how to follow a great leader before becoming one. You must understand the in's and outs of reaching this stage. Always looking to gain the right amount of knowledge from the leader himself till one day you can become this person. People argue and complain when under authority and give up when the going gets hard. If you're part of something that you would like to one day be apart of it in a bigger way, you must keep pressing forward. Always taking every opportunity to learn something. To become a leader you must not be afraid of letting someone pass you. You must be honest, caring and understanding of your followers. People in the past who had a forced following, never lasted. The peoples will was not there, and it was inevitable of the fall of the leader. A leader must grow everyday, and give his followers something to look out to. The must give value to people. To never let their ego make decisions. They must have a strong self image, and understand them selves before leading others. Finding great leaders is hard to come by. But I think I found the best one. He is constantly growing everyday, and showing me great opportunities to take. You see now a days it's essential that a leader be one with his employer ( follower ). As the more you give, more you shall receive. People are stuck with the thinking of take as much as possible and give nothing back. This does not create abundance in your life. The leader must know that the more he shares to his followers the more attention it will receive, with the service it provides. As long as the leader is always growing there is no wrong. Even for some reason the follower surpasses the leader, you can do so where I am. We have a great opportunity and have a great amount of freedom to do what we desire in this country. People complain and don't see how much we have. We can go out to eat at a restaurant and order things that come from all around the world. The final price is but nothing it would take to go and travel for all those goods. Instead of walking every where or swimming to get it, it is already transported to you. We have great benefits and great opportunities in this country and we can chose where ever we desire to start. We can become something we desire to do, by rendering are services to gain money. We have great freedom to achieve great things and the more services you are able to render the more benefits you can accomplish.
