what's up guys. Do you know what it takes to be successful? What state of mind it takes to become successful? Probably not, that's why you're here. You're here to find out the state of mind to be in. I'm going to tell you. After this story. I knew a guy who joined a program. He would work hard everyday. He would learn new things, read self development books, and apply. He took action. He would wake up in the morning, and go to sleep late at night. Everyday he was working towards his goal. He was getting a habit of his skills. It was becoming autopilot. He was listening to what his mentors told him. He thought he was doing everything right. They told him to continue and to give it time, to form an outcome. So he did. He continued to do the same thing everyday. You know what happened. Nothing. Nothing happened and he still kept going. He was doing what they told him to do, so what was the problem? The problem was that he kept doing the same thing, and forgot about the other training. He wasn't growing. He wasn't paying more attention to the mentors. He was keeping something outside of what they were really telling him. You see the ego is a strong character that plays games with are mind. It will trick us and think we are doing the right thing. You'll notice if you reach another state of focus, you missed something you wouldn't normally ave seen. The problem with the guy is that he had a routine, but wasn't successful yet. He didn't start all over again with a new cup. If he would have did what he did usually, which was apply his work, but find a way to listen to more training with a beginners mind. See people get stuck in the state where they think they know what they're doing, and don't pay attention closer to the people that are successful. Don't be afraid of starting with a new cup, and learn all over again. Still keep something inside but study your mind. Get into a state of full attention towards your teacher.
