Over all, all exercises are healthy, but in fitness, there are actually two types of exercises which do quite differently - Aerobic and Anaerobic. Aerobic exercises are the type that burn fat calories in the body while you are performing the workout itself, meanwhile anaerobic exercises raise your Resting Metabolic Rate, which refer to the number of calories burned in your body as you rest. When your RMR increases, you get more muscular because it demands more energy to maintain those muscles than it does to maintain fat.

Never forget that muscles weigh more than fat, and not all anaerobic exercises can will make you lose weight. Although, they are still healthy since they make you build more muscle, which does a lot of good since it aims to keep fat under control.

As a conclusion, if you are interested to discover how to get skinny, here are the most wondrous physical activities you must perform always. Of course you need to perform some warm ups before you do them to get rid of injuries.

1. Squats

Your butt and leg muscles are the most enormous muscles in your body, and should therefore be toned. If you are doing squats you must place your feet at shoulder width while you are facing forward and lower your buttocks down to the ground, like you were sitting on a chair, all the while making sure your butt is parallel to the floor. Squat up and down 20 times for 3 sets, in order build and tone muscles. As a substitute, you can similarly use dumbbells while working on those parts.

2. Push ups

You are required to perform some push ups since they are one of the best kinds of strength training, increasing your Resting Metabolic Rate.

As you do push ups, lie in the push up position with your abdomen tight and your arms under your shoulders while keeping your whole body straight. Bend at your elbows while you lower down your chest to the floor, with your arms between your chest. Do this as many times as you may, to increase your RMR.

3. Jumping jacks

Jumping jacks are actually a good type of aerobic exercise which work on the whole body. You can do 5 sets of 20 jumping jacks conveniently while watching TV in your home. It's actually very easy, something that leaves you out of your breath.

4. Walking

Walking is a natural type of aerobic exercise, but walking briskly is certainly recommended if you are interested to burn fat. It is indeed good at toning up the butt and leg areas, and can be fun. Before performing some brisk walking, you ought to warm up by walking in a regular pace first, then begin some fast walking until you tire out. You can likewise do rounds of regular and fast walking to make your exercise a little exciting.

Exercise is definitely the way how to get skinny in no time. It offers you many benefits, as they help reduce blood pressure, relieve stress and make you feel more energetic over all. Getting skinny may not seem simple from the beginning, but you will get the hang of it if you work really hard and persevere. Weight loss should be meant as a lifetime goal, and not something that you invest in for several months only to abandon it. In other words, you should always do physical activity until they become part of your daily life.
