Many things have changed in the field of marketing and it takes a truly creative and flexible team to keep up with everything. Regardless of the business sector, competition is not getting any gentler and unless you’re ready to step up to the challenge, there is a high chance you will waste corporate potential. Considering the incredible expansion of technology, many managers are tempted to consider only this medium as a backdrop for their marketing campaigns. It cannot be denied that the online sphere offers great benefits, both in terms of price and exposure, but that doesn’t mean that it should completely replace traditional marketing. There are still many cases when classic solutions such as event, promotional and experiential marketing provides excellent results – provided you work with the right event staffing agencies, that is. Promotional models are the main element that determines that success or failure of marketing campaigns and, without exaggeration, it can be said that you are leaving your company in their hands when you decide to hire them. Therefore, you have to make sure that the promotional modeling staff is qualified and has been trained in advance for your marketing campaign.

The main reason why promotional modeling is essential is that it encourages client-provider interaction. With advertising becoming so widespread, people have already got used to passing by flashing billboards and colorful banners every day. Even video commercials are forced to rely on shocking images and messages to draw the attention of the target audience. However, promotional models can adapt marketing strategies from client to client, give them information about your company and also persuade them to try your products by offering samples and answering their questions. Professional event staff are friendly, pleasant and convincing and people who come into contact with them are more likely to react positively to your company. Most companies associate promotional models with the ubiquitous image of cute girls in shopping centres that invite clients to taste product samples. This is indeed one of the most widespread forms of promotional marketing, but not the only one. For instance, many companies are now discovering experiential marketing, road shows and sampling events, which have proved to be quite popular.

Promotional and experiential marketing campaigns are essential, especially if you are launching a new product. It is common knowledge that people are curious, but hesitant when it comes to trying out new things, but if there is someone who can tell them more about the product and answer their questions, they are more likely to trust your company and make a purchase. Face to face marketing can provide excellent results, but, as always, there is a condition. In order for your company to appear in a positive light and inspire reliability, you have to work with professional event staffing agencies that provide you with qualified personnel. In addition, it is essential to provide the right training to the members of the promotional staff, so that they can know your product perfectly and, if necessary, suggest some of your other products.
