This comes in the heels of a recent report that a child was killed at a Maryland summer camp, with eight others injured because of a fallen tree. The organizers also assure that the facility is safe for children-participants, in the wake of reports that a hidden gun was found by children in a California summer camp recently. The Track out Raleigh camp says it can guarantee the safety of its participants who will take part in the various activities like movie screening, bouncy house, and arts and crafts. The day-long summer camps start at seven in the morning and lasts up to four in the afternoon. The organizers of the summer camp in N.C. add that parents should not hesitate to put their kids to summer camp because this activity is more than a vacation for children. They argue that a track out provides an opportunity for a child to explore a world that is bigger than the household and his community.
