It all began in 1990 when the promoters of Wildcraft could not find good quality equipment for adventure expeditions due to unavailability of imported gear in those days. With backgrounds in engineering, it was extremely difficult for the promoters to design these bags. But, slowly and steadily, they started to design rucksacks, tents and sleeping bags. Over time, other sportspersons and adventure freaks began to contribute to these designs with their valuable inputs. From where it started in a mere garage by a group of mountaineers, Wildcraft has come a long way since then.
