Big, international freight forwarders have had market monopole for quite a while and they still dominate the field, but with the appearance and growth of these networks, customers have seen a different route, another option, most of the times a more affordable one. Indeed, a forwarding network provides customers with the same services as a multinational forwarding company, but the small forwarders that are part of the network offer better prices and quotes for the customers.
