Furthermore, they were the expression of wealth, because in certain antique societies tattoos were reserved only for aristocrats. Tribal cultures are still a theme frequently encountered in tattoos nowadays, but also very controversial, because contemporary designers create analogical symbols related to specific clans, although their value has been diminished after being copied so many times. Regardless the geographical region you are from, tattoos represent a manner to express your beliefs and life story, but it is very important to be informed before you make the decision to ink your skin. Some designers are able to create such tattoos that their work could be considered an art, but on the other hand, others do this only for money, without understanding the deep significance of this practice.
