Quinoa Balls with Dipping Sauce Ingredients: • 1 lb broccoli florets • 2 cups water • 1 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained • 2 cup Mozzarella cheese • 3 eggs, beaten • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese • 1 egg white Directions: 1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees F temperature and place Flexipan Cake Pop Tray on the Perforated Baking Sheet and set it aside. Place the quinoa and water in Flexipan Round Mold and cover it with Octagonal Silpat. Microwave it on high for 5 minutes. 2. Mix quinoa and microwave for 5 minutes. Add broccoli to it and cook it for 3 extra minutes. Remove and let the broccoli to cool. Slice broccoli into small pieces. 3. In Bowl, add Mozzarella, eggs and cooked quinoa. Blend it well. Spiced Apple Balsamic Onion Tartlets Ingredients: • 3 TBS Spiced Apple Pear Balsamic • 1 pie crust dough • 1/2 red apple • Small wedge of creamy Havarti cheese • 1/2 onion Directions: 1. Place Tartlet Tray on Perforated Baking Sheet and place it aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees temperature. Roll pie crust dough and cut circles for every well of tartlet tray. Place dough over wells and press it with shaper. Bake empty crusts for about 12 minutes. 2. Cut onion into long thin slices. In skillet over medium high heat, heat olive oil and add onion slices. When onion slices are caramelized; sprinkle the balsamic over onions and cook it for 3 to 5 extra minutes. 3. Cut apple and cheese of one inch squares to fill every well of tartlet tray. Remove empty crusts from the oven and fill it with 2-3 onion strips and top with cheese and apple square. Put back tray into oven and bake it for an extra 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust gets slightly golden in color. Serve when they are warm or room temperature. Enjoy!
