FEATURES Multiple guns are mounted on arms extending from the carriage, which are capable of performing same or various motions. There is a facility to attach fixed guns which can be angled to access difficult coating areas. The carriage is programmed to move the vertical mounting bar at variable stroke and speeds. The carriage moves up and down through an AC geared motor and is supported by a very sturdy frame structure. The entire Oscillator is mounted on wheels to facilitate easy movement during colour change. This step in turn gives a signal to an advanced A.C. frequency drive to achieve the desired speed. STROKE CONTROL Stroke of each gun can be varied by changing the gun mounting rod distance from fulcrum. By increasing the distance of the gun from the fulcrum, the resultant arc (movement height) of each gun can be increased. Mitsuba introduces Automatic Powder Coating System – Electromechanical Reciprocator XL Series which includes automatic powder coating guns as well as gun movers. Automatic guns are mounted on an Electro Mechanical Reciprocators. These have a variable stroke and speed to ensure enhanced flexibility to coat a wide variety of products. The reciprocator is electrically driven via an AC geared motor giving a gentle and distinct motion. The advanced control system of the reciprocators is designed to control reciprocating speed, stroke length & multispeed operations, thus ensuring the best possible coating results. Each reciprocator can accommodate up to 8 automatic guns and can this be used even where high line speeds are employed. The number of guns is calculated based on the powder coverage area or conveyor speed on which the products are hanged and automatically brought in front of the powder coating guns that are mounted on reciprocators. The guns are controlled by Control Panels that are mounted on a rack with inbuilt air distribution system. Sometimes fixed number of guns are required to be positioned as per thr product dimensions and depending on conveyor speed. The use of gun positioners have eased the powder coating process upto a large extent. The movement of the carriage is controlled by a most up to date AC frequency drive and advanced digital controller to achieve the desired stroke and speed. Some of the advantages are: 1.
